Do I Have the Right Idea?
Im basically trying get bigger and stronger first hand but will also like to get leaner too (as a result of LBM). so i guess im recomping maybe?lol
im 16 yrs old 208 lbs about 16-18% bf. im thinking higher carbs on workout days, alittle over maintence cals and alittle under maintence on off days with low carbs?on workout days it looks like: (also This is basically what AnyOldIron toldme just want see if im stil lright lol)
