Free Squat with top squat 285x3 325x3 325x3 325x3 I don't know if I still need to learn the Top Squat or that it is not good with weight 3 plates and up, I read from 1 person that it isn't but didn't wanna fully take the word without trying. Very humbling to have to stop at 335 just to learn how to stabilize it on the shoulders as it's different then anything else and doesn't have the greatest design for sitting on the shoulders it actually sucks. Another cornhole treatment today and last it will be surgery if not fixed this time.
None of that is a big deal whats sucks is I always have to take a few days off after!

Been giving last ass treatment some time to work should be back soon maybe tonight.
I'm going to look into a SSB and ditch the Top Squat, now to find a decent price on one!
