Power building whilst playing rugby routine

Hi, i have had many questions answered here withought needing to post & just read. However I havnt seen any cases similar to mine so id appreciate anyonewilling to give there 2 cents

litle background about me
-started lifting last october for hypertrohy like a noob made barly any gain because i was playing rugby 4-5 x every week.
-over the spring & summer greatly improved my weight & strenth
- im a strong ecto, over summer consistantly ate 4500 cals with barly any cardio to gain 1-2 lbs per week (600-700 carbs, 250 prtoen, 90 fat over 7 meals)
- went from 130-170 lbs
-squat 350 lbs, deadlift 405 lbs, bench 210 (wrist injories mean iv mainly done dbs)
-used a 4-5 day split over the summer

Im now looking for the best routine for mass & strength equally, while playing rugby 2x per week on wednesday and sunday

This i what i was thinking-
Monday-off

Tuesday- pull
deadlifts 4 x 5-8
db rows 3 x 8
t bar rows 3 x 8
shrugs 3 x 10
biceps curls- 3x 10

Wednesday rugby training

Thursday off

friday-
legs
squats/box 4 x 5-8
front squats 2-3 x 8
possibly SLDL
core work (plank & decline situps for 10 mins)

Saturday push
bb bench ?x?
incline db bench 3 x 5-8
push press 4 x 5
lat raises x 8
tricep dips 3 x?
Sunday rugby match (feel i the il be ok from sat wo)

soz for long post, how do you guys think i can improve this?

Also considering doing shoulders with legs as that is quite popular for 3 day splits.

10 day bump *yawn*

Anyway even though its obvious no one is reading this, iv been doing with & its working ok except i cant get enough cals in at school to continue my bulk so im doing my 1st cut ever. Not really much choice about it cos the sudden cardio is a shock to the system- iv lost nearly 2 lbs already.

Interesting, at 1st I thought no way but i guess its a good option. Il think about it, possibly change after seeing how i do for a couple more weeks on my current routine.

Rugby Equipment

Hi,
Rugby players on the other hand are severely under padded and under paid by our standards and they are in top shapes as they truly are top athletes. You can get more information from www.morrant.com

Rugby Equipment

Hi,
If you are a professional Rugby player, the nylon/Lycra shoulder pads are recommended for you since have a snug fit to allow for flexible and unrestricted movements. They are able to cover your shoulders, upper chest, the back of your neck, and upper back. You can know more information from www,morrant.com.
