Basic hardcore garage training
Found this guy's channel on Youtube. His training is almost stupid simple, but totally awesome.
http://www.youtube.com/user/bastionhead He said he trains every body part about once every 2 weeks very heavy and very hard. Basically splits the body into 4 workouts and takes 2-3 days off between each. Probably the best, most inspiring training videos I've seen online. Check it out and let me know what you think. |
