Question for Brooklyn

Brook,

Let's just say hypothetically someone really likes their alcar, and we know it's a good idea to take the ala with the alcar because of the anti-oxidant properties. But......ala and slin just don't go well together. What is the best sub in your opinion?

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."

I think as far as anti-o's go, idebenone didn't work as good as ALA for A. But it has been a long time since I read that thread, so he could have updated it.
