Question for Brooklyn
Brook,
Let's just say hypothetically someone really likes their alcar, and we know it's a good idea to take the ala with the alcar because of the anti-oxidant properties. But......ala and slin just don't go well together. What is the best sub in your opinion? IA

I think as far as anti-o's go, idebenone didn't work as good as ALA for A. But it has been a long time since I read that thread, so he could have updated it.
