Ab resistance..how do you use so much weight?
My abs continue to get stronger and stronger every week, and I'm finding it hard to comfortably hold a 70+ lb dumbell on my chest while doing the work.
IA, You said you had some trainees who do crunches with 200 lbs on their chest. How the hell do they hold it? I was thinking maybe using chains and wrapping some 45 lb plates up and holding it like that??? Thanks. |

Just using dumbells, it is also a bicep workout for sure.
