hello everyone , new to the site im in Alberta ,canada . iv been back in the gym for three months now but before this havent trained for 5 years .im 5'11" 340 lbs now so allot of fat to loose . strength has come back extremely fast since i started training to same or above where i was at when i stopped training before i think mainly to new clean diet iv been following .measurements arms 20' chest 58' waist 48' calfs 20' quads 30' . im shooting for a weight loss goal of 300 to start , i joined this site to learn more about diet and nutrition mainly and to help figure out a slow fat loss diet so i can loose fat and still work on muscle size and strength im taking the slow and steady aproach . reguards from Alberta .

I wish you success in your goal dude. The Albertans I know are hard workers... except for one bastard in Calgary, but for the most part good people. You can most certainly attain your goal, and then the loftier one after that.
