My progress with IA

Here is a quick update on my progress with Iron Addict:

Height: 5'5"
September 2006 - weight: 185lbs, BF 13%, LBM 161lbs, Fat Mass 24lbs
October 26, 2006 - weight: 188lbs, BF 11%, LBM 167lbs, Fat Mass 20lbs

My routine has been strictly strength-based since I compete in powerlifting.

I lost 4 pounds of fat and gained 6 pounds of muscle in about 6 weeks. I've been training with IA for a while now and my body does not want to go above 190 pounds for my short height. We are slowly getting there.

Thanks Wes!

um, supplements. Some of it was muscle memory, I had an ankle injury in July that kept me from squatting for three weeks.

Thanks Bro. I've hit a plateau at this weight, its nice to know a recomposition has been responsible.

Respect,
