wks 1 - 10: 750 mg cyp a week
wks 1 - 5: 50 mg d-bol/ed
wks 1 - 10: 1 mg liquidex/ed
slin on/off 10 iu post-workout.
im 5'9 with a LBM of 175 and weight 195 !
2nd cycle wanna compete next year at 205 lbs... so 200 lb lbm.
diet for summer bulking
400 g carbs
500 g protein
60 g fats
30 g glutamine
cardio in morning on days off for 20 mins
i train using rest-pause !!!!!!!!
my problem is befotre i was never using any anti-e's so i would gain like 45 lbs then keep 20...this time i wanna keep water off and stay relatively lean if i can. not that i wanna show off, but it is summer and is hot outside.
