physique
I haven't been on this website in years, not literally, i browse from time to time but in highschool and early college when i was still learning rapidly i read voraciously everything on this site.
Since then have become a certifed trainer (i know the cert doesn't mean much). I'm not very strong but i consider myself fairly advanced even by this board's standards when it comes to diet/conditioning strategies. Right now pullin 405 with a mile time of about 5:30 at 5'9 180. Ultimate goal is probably to posses a physique like tuan tran or any famous fitness model and have the engine to back up the exterior and be capable of doing amazing things physically. These pics are from throughout the past 5 months, going to go hard and get the most defined i have been in a few weeks.

I'll get em coming soon. I have had photoshoots with a few photographers. Squat for me, is a weak lift, but deadlift, oddly, is a strong lift. I have large VMO's but generally the rest of my quadricep is small. HUGE calves, and well developed hams and glutes. These pics are old, I have lost fat and gained muscle since.
I am a bit more about conditioning than I am about strength, for example, I would be more likely to follow ussein bolt than phil heath. Obviously I do squats, front squats, etc. But my ultimate goal is to be shredded, agile, and fast (and attractive ). If that occurs without me ever squatting 405 that's fine with me.I plan on competing in a physique comp in 2013, I am a nutrition consultant and personal trainer, and I am aiming for a drug tested competition (more fitness modeling than bodybuilding). Although I don't buy into the bullshit back and forth trash talk between powerlifters, bodybuilders, fitness models, and pro athletes. I want to learn everything I can about ALL OF THEM, and my feeling is "to each their own." I go for conditioning over strength, because I was recently tested by DNASPORTSLABS here in miami, and they said, all tests are normal, but you have very low bone density. They explained this could be an advantage in jumping, jogging, sprinting, but a huge disadvantage in strength. I try to do my best with what God gave me. Unfortunately, I am not built to be a monster. To add insult to injury, my father died at a young age of heart disease, and had his first stroke at the young age of 38 (his father suffered a similar fate), so I can't just drug myself into hugeness (without probably serious health conseuquence). Once again, despite me being drug free, (from 2010 forward) "to each their own". I am not an anti-steroid crusader. I am secure with the impressive physique I have built while only ingesting food supplements and caffeine. I have a blog at bevans100fitness.com ... I am interested in sharing my articles on here, although because this is my profession, I don't spend as much time on the forums as the younger people, and those directly making money off the forums. |

This damn site isn't allowing me to upload an avatar, so here's some new pics...
AND a little technical help with the avatar would be appreciated. OK... nevermind apparently it won't allow me to upload anything that isn't a weblink.. Help please? I have made significant progress since these pictures. |

and if you want to promote yourself as a drug free athlete, you might want to have your posts a Steriodology deleted....
