If I need more fat, like on a non lifting day, I mix the hot sauce with some ranch dressing.

Get a croc pot. You can just throw BBQ or any other type of sauce/marinade in there and let it cook for a few hours. It's always tasty and moist

A big key with chicken breast is to take it off the grill as soon as it is done. Having a nicely cooked juicy chicken breast rather then a over cooked dry one will dramatically change how much you enjoy your meal.

I know this may not be for everyone, but I love it. I cook up about 22g of chicken breast chop it up and put it in a bowl with a half avocado, 1/2 cup broccoli, and 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese.

Lupo's, bro. Thank me later. Sodium's a little high but it's incredible. Little bit goes a long way.

Chicken breast
2tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1tbsp olive oil
garlic powder(not salt)
italian herb mix
squeeze half a lemon in it
let it marinate for atleast 2hrs

even if your bad at grilling and it burns a little it will still be moist and juicy, even great as left overs keeps very moist.

Chicken
2 tbs cilantro
2-3 tbs garlic
Cook in crockpot

Shred and season with
Garlic salt
Pepper
Lime juice

You can get lettuce and wrap this up like a taco or just eat it with some guacamole on top.

When you cook it do you put any water or chicken broth in there with it or all by itself?
