Another day full of PR's.
Box Squat 455 3, 315 20. Bumped these up 20 lbs this week since it's my last heavy week. 455 felt easy, 315...not so much lol Good Mornings 185 5, 5 Pull Throughs 160 10,10,10 Calves 5 plates on leg press 150 reps knee raises 75 8,8 PR's all around, yet again. |

Another great workout!
Press 135 8,8 PR dips + 125 5, 5 tough sets, but still PR's here DB Skulls 55's 10,10 very tough also Underhand Row 235 5, 5 PR Incline Curls 20's 20 reps I'm ready for my deload. Going to earn it on deadlift day next! Also, started taking NO Xplode. |

Deads 335 3, 365 3, 425 3! PR again Box Jumps, gradually worked up to navel height for 3x3 there GH Raises + 20 15, 15 Calf raises 165 4x5 w/ pulsed reps GH Abs w/ 10lb med ball throw 2x10 |

Okay, took a light week to recover last week. Tonight was my first real day back in the gym. PR city.
Bench 195 3, 215 3, 230 3, 235 3 Decided to add an extra set because 230 went up really easy. Excellent 10 lb gain DB Hammer Bench 90's 10, 10 Going up next week, tough though. PR Lat raises 50's 10,10,10,10 PR going up Pull Ups +70 6,6,6 Decided to drop the 4th set since I'm getting stronger. Hammer Curls 90's 8,8 Staying here for next week. |

Holy hell, that light week was amazing as far as results go.
Box Squats 475 3, 325 20 Good Morning 195 5, 5 Pull Throughs 190 10,10,10 Knee Raises 80 6, 6 Great workout, 475 didn't even feel that heavy. |

Press 140 8,8 PR Dips +115 10,10 crap. looking back, I think I took 10 lbs off from last time. it went easy, but I thought it was the right weight. Oh well, next week it goes... DB Skulls 60's 3, 3 ouch. too heavy, but this is where it gets tough I guess BB Rows 245 5, 5 PR |

Box Jumps. Ended up skinning my knee on the side of the platform. Man that shit hurts lol. It's funny how as kids we could get up and keep riding bikes afterwards... GH Raise 55 15, 15 Calves 75 15, 15, 15, 15 10 lb med throws 15 15 Deads were awesome. Leg is killing me. Nothing broken, just scraped up and bruised. |
