Foam rolling, stretching

Sumo deadlifts
535x3 belt
625x1 belt

Chins
W/fat gripz x12,8
normal x 12, 8

GHR
2x15

Reverse hyper
270x2x20 smoked my glutes and back

Standing WOD
2x8

Sumo pulls felt great. I moved my stance inside the rings and I had zero hip pain. I was a little slow off the floor as my groin was a little sore from hockey yesterday.

Hey eric how long did it take you to progress to standing WOD? How many reps could you get from your knees, or what did you do to progress? Just add reps? Or...

I did a lot of ab wheel from my knees, roughly 20-30 reps. Then I elevated my knees about 4" and continued doing them. Then I just started trying them and only got 3-4 standing at first and have progressed that way. They may not be the prettiest thing, but they are effective

Chins
3x10

Stallions w/ #5 band
2x20

Seated #4 row
3x15

GHR situps
2x15

The stallion used in an effort to stretch and strengthen my hip that has been bothering me. I feel great contraction in the glutes and hamstrings, and a good stretch on my hip flexors.

Squats
415x5 belt
485x4 belt

Dimel deads
245x10
335x7 lost grip, will use straps next time

Deadlift swing
120x2x10

Seated #3 abs
2x15

Moved feet in to about should width. Felt much stronger and zero hip issues. I think I have been trying to do comp stance raw and that is what might be bothering my hip.

1 hr bike ride with the gf. My cardio sux. Tried to keep up with her and her cycling bike while on my mountain bike. Not an easy task! lol Hockey later

Purchased a rumble roller
Used rumble roller to torture myself prior to workout. I feel awesome tho and I hopped right up and was able to hit depth on a bdwt sq without pain or popping.

Chins
2x10

Db rows
140x18,10

#4 band rows
2x15

GHR
18,12

Rev. Hyper
270x2x15

Rumble roller for 10 minutes (IT band, quads, hamstrings, back)
Squat
415x2
added belt
505x2

SSB squats
335x8 beltless, easy

Stiff leg deads
335x5
405x5 belt less

My hips are feeling much better since I started using the rumble roller.

ANY critique on squat form is welcome. I already see a few issues.
