Eat clean, eat a lot. You wont put that much fat on and plus when you diet again your metabolism will be ramped and will diet off that fat in no time. Same thing happens to me when I go on holiday, stuff my face, metabolism gets a nice little boost and then back to my "diet" and the holiday weight gain is gone in a week or 2.

1 step backwards 2 steps forwards

I think it's wiser to ramp up your calories intake slowly into maintenance or slightly above while reintroducing carbs. Jumping straight into a junk fest for a day or two might be okay, but for a whole week or more, imo your body will put the fat back on pretty damn fast.

According to Wesley, he said that he often saw people's metabolism raising pretty fast as the calories intake went up, sometimes even faster so that they would not actually gain any fat during the break.

Coming off a diet myself, I found it pretty hard not to binge when I decided to stop dieting. I had been dieting for way too long, and as I stopped, I couldn't resist to eat everything insight for weeks literally... Next time, my calories will be kept higher and diet breaks will be introduced more regularly...(yes I put ALL my fat back on, but it's fine, as i've learned a lot from that experience).
