My all-time incline press PR was after a run with Aunt Nora...true story - been much stronger later in my lifting career and never touched that number again, even at 20lbs heavier

I think you just formulated the next smash-hit mix for the cats over at True-Protein..

PM me if you want my preworkout shake and bake formula instead.

Gonna try this though, the bcomplex that is, I've burnt out my meth receptors.

I hear people bash Pre workouts all the time, saying "just eat food" and "drink black coffee". But I have to say no amount of coffee, B vitamins or food has given me the buzz and intensity I get from some of these Pre workouts such as Super charge, jacked3d or the first one I ever tried ultimate orange. For me my Pre workout is my most important supplement. I train around 430 am and it's like a light switch, I go from groggy to focused and ready to lift the gym. I can't say enough good things about Pre work out supps. Especially for people not motivated, it will get your motor running fast.

I would agree to some extent. I will take a preworkout on days that are going to be heavy. Lighter days, I use less or drink coffee etc. Got to keep the body guessing

I wake up at 2 am to go to work and I down 600 mgs of caffeine, a b complex (don't notice this doing anything but whatever), and a big cup of black coffee. To be honest I get the biggest energy boost just from my biological clock because around 8:30-9:00 I get more energy for no other reason. (I guess this is the time my brain actually wants me to wake up)
