it sucks that you fucked up your back, but man you have made some great progress on your flat bench. I remember when you were board pressing 130 lol. how is your back btw?

Wow haven't posted in a long time. Today I started up squats again and fuck I lost alot of stength. Did 135 2x8 and didn't feel comfortable at all doing them. I learned alot since my injury. Going to focus more on strengthening my core. On a more positive note I made 250 max for bench and I'll make a short montage soon.
