real easy workout to log today-
squats- worked up to: 252x6 210x7 180x8 took it pretty easy. just beat my numbers from last cycle and did some lighter sets. so all in all a success |

Forgot to log yesterday- bench
165x3 190x3 212x7 Dumbbell bench- 65 lbs x13,12 Ss with Dumbbell rows- 65 x16,15 Felt pretty rundown but I usually do after two consecutive low cal days. |

wow i've missed logging a bunch of workouts. here they are:
Friday- military press worked up to: 133x8 chins- 7.5lbs x 20 rp dips- 15lbs x24 rp Monday- squats worked up to 266x6 225x6 185x6 roman chair situps- +5 lbs x 20 rp yesterday- bench worked up to 223x5 dumbbell bench- 65lbs x13,13 ss with dumbbell rows- 65lbs x16,16 Not a terrible week on anything. in each workout i progressed on SOMETHING. one more deadlift session Friday then a deload. bw is consistently at 180lbs. gotta make up my mind if i'm cutting further or what. I had a goal of a six pack which i'm just shy of now. Getting pretty tired of dieting though. |

today- deadlift
295x5 330x3 371x4 315x4 hanging leg raises- +5 lbs x 10,10 reverse curls- 30lbs x 23 rp last workout before a deload. didn't really push too hard as i'm getting pretty beat up. looking forward to the rest |

Back from deload... Did next to nothing and felt strong coming back
Squats- 185x5 215x5 242x8 205x8 175x8 Roman chair situps+5 lbs x 23 RP Reverse curls- 32.5 lbs x 23 RP All in all a nice first workout back. Weight is 177 lbs |

Yesterday- bench
155x5 180x5 202x9 Dumbbell bench- 65 lbs x14,10 Rows- 65lbs x 17,15 Really light headed today. Not sure of the cause. Made sure I got extra fluids and lots of good food. Didn't impact workout other than a little fogginess |

Missed logging a couple workouts-
Deadlifts- Worked up to - 336 x5 my belt came loose on rep 2 and really threw me off Roman chair situps Military press- worked up to 122x10 Chins- 7.5 lbs x 20 RP Dips - 20 lbs x 21 RP |
