Yes! Naturally I tend to under eat, I get busy and just forget about it. Even when "dieting" hunger isn't usually and issue for me. This is the reason that I started eating off the scale instead of by feel. I do much better knowing that between 8pm and midnight I need to X amount of PRO / CARB / FAT in.

same here. That's why I've had to add in 1-2 meals during the day, protein and veggie, no carb. I just go by feel for all of it. Post workout i eat as much carbs as I can without feeling terrible, then stop and wait until I'm hungry again and down a protein veggie meal
I really like it because just by going by feel, I've found that I can melt off a lot more body fat. Just need to eat when my body tells me to eat or else my metabolism starts to drop (as seen with decreased body temp etc)
