We were to work together again, but some things happened in my life and I delayed

I had no idea he died until yesterday

I owe Wesley so much ... cant believe he is gone

He was such a good person, funny guy and so knowledgeable ...

You can thank John for that, I believe Wes hand picked him in a conversation pertaining to something. Don't quote me on SPecifics but I'm sure if he talked highly about anyone it was you and John

i talked with Wes the night before he passed away. he asked me to take over... after speaking with his family they agreed to keep the board running and to continue Wes' legacy...

i met with Mary (his mom) a couple of months ago in Charleston SC and she is very happy with the board and gives us her blessings to continue on.

i want to thank all the mods ad admins here for doing such a great job... the members here are solid and the board continues to grow as we have added nearly 10,000 new members since Oct of 2010...

here is the link for the meeting with Mary http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/sh...hlight=wes+mom

Wesley once told me that Mike was the client that comes along once in a lifetime. He was the perfect combination of dedication, hardwork, compliance, and genetics. Mike literally grew like a weed and became a beast. And, those of you who haven't seen some of his pics, you have no idea how he looks at his best. Truly impressive.

Im proud to read that ... Wesley was and still is an inspiration for me and a true friend
Cant believe I talked to him 3 days before he died ... there is no word to express the pain I feel about the loss of my mentor
I can honestly say that Wes CHANGED my life for the very best ... Im not even sure he knew he did that much for me ....

RIP WESLEY

I apologize, it's been awhile since I've been around; it's still a knife in my heart and though I've dealt with many people passing in my life Wes' has been the most difficult (I can't even keep my eyes dry writing this).
John, you've done a great job at keeping Wes' dream going and honoring his memory.
Scott, hopefully we can grab some breakfast when you get to T-town. lol
Mike, he did talk quite a bit about you and had the utmost respect for you.
It's hard to believe it's almost been 2 years. I drive by his house almost daily going out to my house and he lived only 1 1/2 from mine, as the crow flies. lol
It's also been 9 months since I've worked out but I just finally started to set up the power rack he left me and dragged the sled around today doing some intervals with it. I've made the commitment to honor him and do what he wanted me to (he was always on my ass about my dang diet. lol) and also started logging what I'm eating to get the extra fluff off.
Anyway, I'm just rambling now and wanted to get back in here to keep myself accountable to my commitment to honor Wes' memory.
