320lb front squat beltless if rested.
275-286lbs front squats daily or almost daily. Pullup shoulder width grip bw+88lbs for a single. Push press 132lbsx13 Dips bw+66lbs for 12 reps weigh 176lbs |

Hi guys, im in Australia so all in kilograms, raw lifts are 165 bench, 260 squat and 235 dead. All raw lifts.

Weight 5'10 186lbs @32yrs
All RAW no Belts or Wraps.. Bench 325 x1, Then a drop set of 225 x15. So I think I can get 335. Squats 405x1 Deadlifts 365 x1 Just started PL'ing so I'm expecting my Squats and Deads to go up. Spent the last 10-12yrs training more like a BB. |
