What bodyfat do you think im at now? Do i look 12 yet?

I am glycogen depleted and weak as FUK right now. I just feel really small and ive gotten really weak. Ive been cutting for ~2 months now and I lost 16 pounds. Started at 175 at 5 foot 7 inches.


I was planning on going hard this week (adding cardio) to wrap this cut up next friday because i really wanna build some muscle back.


Can you guys estimate my bf? I weigh 159 pounds currently. waist is 30.5 inches. Do you think im at the 12 percent mark yet? I did a bodpod test and i got 9.9 percent but i dont really believe im that low.

Time to clean bulk or should i give it another week?

If the pictures don't represent how you want to look, then why continue what you are doing? It doesn't make a shit bit of difference what others think. You have shown that you can stick to a diet and training plan to get to a point that a large percentage of the population will never get too. Start bulking if that's what you want. You can always cut again

I think S&P nailed it... do what you want man! But to answer your question. I've always been told that a god rule of thumb is that when abs are visible when flexed you're around 10%... i see abs

Thanks guys. Its jsut that i want to know a number because i want to stay year round. I want to start clean bulkign from a lean base and dont want to get fat ever again.
