Can I build it? Absolutely
Will the quality be better? Absolutely Can I compete on price with a mass produced item probably made overseas? Absolutely Not Steps involved in making even a simple piece like that are: lay out and design derive material cut list cut material deburr material drill necessary holes set up and clamp on table tack weld assembly verify squareness and fitment final weld grind and wire wheel prep for powdercoat post powdercoat, install plastic plugs where needed bag up hardware wrap and package for shipping ship via UPS or freight All that is going to eat up every bit of 3 hours if not more You'd be looking closer to 300+ shipping for me to build it Email me at snpequipment@gmail.com to move forward Scott

I've always found spotting/drilling/deburring holes to be most pain in the ass process out there. Slows everything down to a crawl.
