Thx for the suggestion. The funny/stupid thing is that I carry them with me in my bag but haven't used them on DC thinking it would limit my progression.

Here is how I had luck setting it up and lower back recovery was no longer an issue. This is the 2-way split.

Mon - Back thickness - deadlift

Wed - quads - leg press/ hams - leg curls

Fri - Back thickness - BB Rows

Mon - quads - front squat/ hams - SLDL

Wed - back thickness - chest supported row (anything row that doesn't stress the low back)

Fri - quads - squat/ hams - GHR or sumo stance leg press with feet high

Starting out deadlifting Monday - hammers low back-, on Wednesday for legs the leg press and leg curls don't stress the low back, Friday BB rows put some stress on it but will be good by Monday for front squats and SLDL's which will hammer it, then Wednesday it isn't stressed from the chest supported rows and Friday work squats and the GHR or leg press. I never have a problem deadlifting a few days after squatting, but squatting a few days after deadlifting is completely out of the question. Set up this way things seemed to work well.
Seems like a solid option, thx!

I trained DC Style for about 2yrs, 7yrs ago. I loved it and have used many parts of DC eevry since. Rest/Pause, Static Holds, Keeping the Log. Two week rotation workouts etc... I used the 4 day split. When I had to switch gyms I lost a lot fo nice equipment. So I altered is some. Then I tried my hand at FST-7. For the last 4yrs. I have been using my own workout from all I have learned with great results. But I have moved on to a 5/3/1 and learning it now.

The 3 day splits just wasn't enough for me at the time. I recover pretty well and did even better back then.

Name of the program is very appropriate. Calling twenty Rep squats widowmakers and making it sound revolutionary or original lol. Just alot. Of Bs
