Morning weight was 163.5.
410 Squat (belt and knee sleeves, no wraps) - Lifting starts 1 minute in
255 Bench - Lifting starts 1:05 in - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtriniv01m0
Deadlift - no video; only hit 395 today. My meet best is 430 and missed 435 today. Should have adjusted according as I use a texas power bar at home.
Id appreciate any form critique or exercise suggestions.

Nice squat for someone 165lbs very impressive! nice arche on the bench also, but from that angel it looks like you don't touch and go? prolly just the angel! Look forward to seeing a Deadlift video.
