Im exactly 21 days (3 weeks) into IF, specifically lean gains (16Fast/8 Feed). The results are insane. Down about 6lbs, strength is climbing at a ridiculous pace. Looking a lot leaner and somehow I can continuously add weight to all my lifts each workout.
Strength day 1 vs 21 Guillotine Press 155lbs -> 180lbs 2 x 5 Squats 145lbs -> 200lbs 2 x 5 Deads 280lbs 2 x 5 -> 315lbs 2 x 5 Pin Press 185lbs -> 210lbs 2 x 5 Did anybody notice such drastic strength increases? |

Are supplements okay, or will they break the fast?
e.g. fish oil, multivits, glutamine. |
