mio energy mix
Giving a more informed run at the keto diet, but wanted to know if using mio energy drink mix on occasion will harm my ketosis?

Don't have a bottle in front of me so I'm going off what I found online. Serving size has <1 g of carb. So if you would just use one serving I don't see a problem. I've ran 10% carbs and still stayed in ketosis. That would equal a whole lot of Mio Energy for me lol

Mio should have very low carbs but I've read that sweetners still have a similar insulin response to actual sugars. Not sure where or how credible that is but someone else could clarify.
