No sir, but why are people so afraid to overtrain by doing those exercises once every like 9 days? Why not bench and squat more to add plates to the bar in shorter time? Just a question...

I just started doing this workout, "Day One:
Dips or Bench Press 2-3 x 6-8 Incline Press, or incline Fly 2 x 10-12 Military Press, Or Hammer Shoulder Press 2-3 x 6-8 Tricep (skull crushers) Extensions or Tricep Pushdowns 2-3 x 10-12 Heavy Abs 3 x 10 Day Two: Pull-Up 3 sets to failure Barbell Row 2-3 x 8 EZ-Bar Or Dumbell Curl 1-2 x 10 Squats 2 x 10 Deadlifts, or Stiff-Legged Deadlift 1 x 10" but i'm not exactly sure how to do it, as in 3 days a week like the first workout on the post, or 4 days a week, 6 days a week, anyone know? as of right now i'm doing it like the first workout. |

intermediate/advanced routines
there used to be a sticky that gave a routine to intermediate/advanced body builders... what happened to that?
it started like "lifting 225 bp, 315 squat, 315 deadlift.." |
