Hey I recently purchased some products from your website. Apparently UPS made three attempts at delivering the package but failed to contact me via cellphone (I live in an apartment so they can't drop it off on the porch). I tracked the package on their website and it states that they plan on shipping the package back to the sender. I've had this problem before in the past with UPS except they didn't leave me an info notice this time so I can't schedule a pickup at my local post office. I'm assuming the package won't be processed/shipped until tomorrow afternoon so is there anything I can do to have them hold the package for me at my local post office without the InfoNotice?
