Training on a warrior diet?
Starting the warrior diet up again and was thinking of doing a full body routine thrice weekly like so:
Barbell Squats: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Leg Extensions: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Lying Leg Curls: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Dumbbell Pullovers: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Military Press: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Seated Cable Rows: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Barbell Bench Press: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Barbell Curls: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Seated Triceps Press: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Pullups: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Bench Dips: 1 Set Of 8-10 Reps Standing Calf Raises: 1 Set Of 8-12 Reps Crunches: 1 Set Of 10-15 Reps Monday/Wednesday/Friday Mainly because this will burn a load of calories, will test my aerobic capacity a little more, and the hormonal reaction is greater, something which this diets focuses heavily on. If I could preserve 90% of my mass on this I would be happy, im not in the game to be massive any more, 170 at 8% would do me fine, I am 11% at the moment. I am off to uni this year and just simply wont be able to afford the food nor have the time to prepare meals for eating 6 meals as day, as much I would like to think I could, I wouldn't stick to it.
