Dynamitekid's Log to get big and swole!!
Hi, ive been here for quite a while now and this is my first log. A little about myself:
Current stats: 183 lbs Squat: 290x2 Bench: 220x2 Military Press: 135x4 Deadlift: 345x8 Running the 5/3/1: Monday or Tuesday: Squat 5/3/1 Stiff leg deadlift 4x10 Ab wheel 4x12 Wednesday or thursday: Military Press 5/3/1 Dips 4x10 Barbell or dumbbell rows 4x10 Friday or Saturday: Deadlift 5/3/1 Leg Press 4x10 Weighted Situps: 4x10 Face Pulls: 2x12 Monday or Tuesday: Bench 5/3/1 Chin ups: 4x10 or 7x5 Incline Paused Dumbbell chest press: 4x10 Current Diet (mass gain): 225g Protein 265g Carbs 90g fats ------------ ~3100kcal I am going to start to diet down on February.
