Sumo DL 135x10 225x5 315x3x2 low back wasn't liking these, so i changed to rack pulls. Rack Pulls from knees - No belt 135x10 225x10 315x8 405x3 put on straps 405x9 PR Reverse Hypers 2 sets of 10 single leg curls 3 sets of 12 standing ab work 25 reps

Decline Bench 135x10 225x10 don't know why I did this... that was my old school version of a warm up. did some stretching, and all kinds of light movements with the bar and dropped her back down to 135 135x10 185x10 225x5 275x3 315x3 315 + 38lb chains x 1. PR! 225x17 the heavy rep was strange form... butt off the bench and touched pretty low, but it was down and up, so i count it. =) Lat Pulldowns set of 10, set of 8 Cable Rowes 2 sets of 15 Face Pulls 2 sets of 15 Tricep Rope Extensions 1 set of 100 reps (decreasing the weight so I could keep going. eventually took the pin completely out to finish, lol) 20 minutes of cardio- walking around the gym looking for my keys

no man, someone else finally found them. I had everybody in the gym looking for my keys. lol.
i put them on one of those stations where all the cable attachments hang. and thanks man... at the rate things are going, you'll (hopefully) see some serious progress.

here's the video of 265x7 from 12-20-10 and before anybody rips on my spotter, i told him i was only going for 6... but it felt so good, i wanted to keep going. i didn't realize how much i arch til i watched this...
