Month and a Half with IA
Recommended!
I started off on a routine personalized by myself which included massive amounts of cardio and loose dietary restrictions. I'd gone from 254lbs (6 ft 5 about 24% bodyfat) to 237lbs in a matter of 2 weeks. I was tired, drained and felt like i was going about fitness the wrong way. I searched online for a while an came up with the conclusion of hiring IA to help me devise a new strategy. He prompted me to stop my current diet, and told me how i was shutting down my metabolism. He also explained the proper methods to go about weight loss/muscle building. He helped to restart my metabolism by forcing my cals up to 3700/day & I regained a lot of the weight i'd loss. I'm currently @ 233lbs and have feel great on the current diet and routines. I was unable to perform some of the exercises initially provided by IA due to a Cubitus Varus in my left arm; so he helped by customizing my routine even further and selecting exercises that could be performed with this condition. I've just begun so I'm still fairly weak however am visibly losing fat and gaining muscle. I'll be sure to post some progression pictures in 3 or 4 months. IF YOU'VE DEVISED YOUR OWN ROUTINES AND ARE STRUGGLING WITH PROGRESS STOP WASTING YOUR TIME AND HIRE A PROFESSIONAL! UPDATE: officially dunking a basketball again for the 1st time since 2003.. WOW
