Blood test results

Here they are. The only thing the doctor was worried about was that my liver was elevated and vitamin D was to low.

How can I use these results for my beginning of a fat loss diet?

Thank you.

Sorry I don't have any insights on your blood test results...but just a thought that you might want to photoshop some of your personal info out of the pics. Not that anyone on here would exploit it...but it is the internet.

Once IronAddict or someone who does have the insight posts anything. I'll remove the attachments because I am not computer fancy.

AST and ALT will ALWAYS be elevated as long as you lift weights heavy. Did you tell him you lift. I have had docs tell me the same thing and I told them I lifted weights and if they knew the correlation, they told me OK, you are fine. If not they sent me to a specialist who knew this and they said I was fine. Any UP TO DATE Doc should know this--most don't Google or medline it if it makes you feel better. Add some D3, and your thyroid is fine.
