Squat 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 3 245 x 1 275 x 1 305 x 1 315 x 1 335 x 1 (95% - 1RM) 250 x 20 DB Rows 75 x 15 85 x 15 95 x 15 115 x 15 Felt like a great workout. Let the dozens of people standing near the rack get into my head during the 20-rep set which cost me a couple reps. I'll do the same weight next time and get more. I'm feeling pretty confident that next squat session I'll be able to break the 365 barrier. |
