Im looking to read one and wanted to know if anyone has read any really good ones.

Brawn is a good book, although i did feel it was touching mostly on what i have already read, it is much more productive than flex!

Not a book but I enjoy reading Bill Starr's articles whenever I can. Actually I don't mind sifting through an Ironman magazine now and then...sometimes they have really good articles.
