2bad's BIG BULK shake

a blender is required
2tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop of unflavoured whey
1 banana
1tbsp honey
2 eggs
1 big scoop of ice cream (vanilla or chocolate preffered)
2 cups of milk

it tastes quite good, was thinking of bottling them in little juice bottles and bringing them to work. the xtra cals couldnt hurt!

I have to agree with Ride here. If i ate that even on a bulk.....hello lard-ass! I hate all of you guys that can have those kinds of food. But hey if you can get away with it, more power to ya. Sounds really good though.

Yeah, I'm also bulking during the summer (hey, I JUST got done doing my cut where I dropped to 8.8% bodyfat, so I put in my dues.. hehe. See the "what's my bodyfat %" thread in the Q&A), but no ice cream for me either. Oh want I wouldn't give to eat chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and say "I have to eat this, i'm in training"!!!!! lol

Shake sounds good though man. What's the calorie content/nutritional breakdown of it?
