Pain In Brachioradialis From Benching
I have been trying to work on my bench form. When I first started getting this pain, I thought it was elbow problems. Now I realize that it is the connective muscle in my upper forearm (brachioradialis).
Do any of you get pains in there when you bench? I think I get it from bringing the bar down too slowly. It seems like I am afraid of letting the bar come down fast. It also seems like I am using my forearms and elbows to stop the weight from crushing me. Any of you do this? Are there any little tricks you know of to stop the elbows and forearms from killing my progress on the bench? |
