Looking for some variety? Give Blast Straps a try

I have been playing around with blast straps for a little awhile while I have been rehabbing from knee surgery just for a change of pace and I put together a playlist of some of the different things you can do with them. I think these could be a good supplement to heavy lifting. They are really versatile and they can add difficulty to everyday exercises since you have to use your stabilizing muscles to a much great degree. They also allow for a really big range of motion and could be great for rehab purposes.

I thought I would just post my initial thoughts about them and post this playlist so people could get some different ideas. It should play them automatically or else you can just scroll through.

Job well done and BUMP. I am using limited equipment at home and this awesome play list is a gem for expanding my available exercises. Thanks Bruno!!

KGM- It's funny you bumped this because I just used them again today after a little break. I tried using the blast straps and bands at the same time, which felt cool.

I really believe that these are a great tool and really help strengthen the shoulders even with no direct shoulder work just due to the stabilization factor.

Looks cool, but please be careful w weighted dips. I used to do them a lot and ended up damaging my left ac joint. Will this happen to everyone? Probably not. But I'm officially not a fan of weighted dips.

As to the blast straps, they look pretty cool--wish I had thought of it. Good work on the videos.
