My routine , any suggestions for alterations in my routine?
Here are a few details.
Age: 13.5 [ Turning 14 in November ] Weight: 125 lbs Height: 5'5 3/4 What I use: 15 lb dumbbells Other than lifting weights to keep an lean body I play basketball to work with my legs and gain a bit height from the stretching I do before I ball, my goal is to get abs by the end of summer & also have more of an muscular body rather than being really skinny. I've created an workout routine for myself and I want to see if it's good enough. I tried organizing my exercises so I can do each body part every other day. I'm looking for some suggestions to add. Thanks. Monday - Back/Biceps/Abs - Sit ups before I sleep -50 hammer curls -50 regular curls - 15 dumbbell side bends on both sides of arms -DW Rows Tuesday - Chest/Triceps - 40 tricep dips - 30 Flat Chest Presses or more if I feel like it. Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders/Cardio - Wall squats for 5 minutes - Planks -30 Seated Shoulder Presses -20 Lateral Raises -20 Front raises -20 min running Thurs - REST Friday - Biceps/Abs - Same thing as Monday without back exercise. Saturday - Chest/Abs - 30 Flat Chest Presses or more if I feel like it. -100 sit ups Sunday - REST |

Is there absolutely no way you can get access to real weights?
15lb dumbells will get you nowhere. |

lol, well I have the bench with all the extra weights but I'm too lazy to re-build. But I'll probably do it tomorrow or something.
