Nutritiondata.com and its amino acid score...

Hi,

If you look at the nutrition data website and look at the information for a food.
Other than the nutritional info it also has a "amino acid score" section.
I have always looked at it as a way to tell if the food has good or poor quality protein in it.
Is this number a good number to base it on? Or is it just full of crap? (If it is, why so?)
