Widening my stance and pointing my toes as well as lowering the bar down a bit to help keep my center of gravity. Squating in basketball shoes probably doesnt help either, i have flatter shoes ill have to wear.
Try going barefoot

Regarding the shoe issue, im pretty flat footed. I actually have specially molded inserts to put in my shoes to help with it. Will that matter? Should i take them out when squatting? Ive heard that you should have good supported shoes because of the pressure on your back, but then again i also heard running exerts 7x ur BW on ur spine, and im not squatting over 1000lbs....kidna confused here
