Repetition method question to forum members
My understanding of this method is that it should be used never to failure always stopping with one or two reps left for each set.
If I do sets across I assume the weight would get harder with each set. Since I do not want to train to failure using htis method, what would be the best approach: 1- Just do as many reps as I can for each set without going to failure even if the reps are not the same for all sets. 2- Keep the reps constant but decrease the weight on each consecutive set. I hope this makes sense to you. Thanks in advance. |
