1 year update

its been one year since i started with Wes and ive made more progress than when i first started lifting weights! i have also learned a ton about my body and what it can handle food wise and weight wise

lifts from sept 2007
bench: 250
squat: 315
dead: 405

lifts now sept 2008
bench: 325(+75)
squat: 415(+100)
dead: 525(+120)

body weight and bf from sept 2007
wt: 152
bf: around 8%

bodyweight now sept 2008
wt: 172(+20)
bf: around 9.5%(+1.5%)

i can still fit into the pants and shorts i wore when i was 145 but they are a bit snug. besides that people have said that i look like a completely different person body wise because im only 5'6". right now im gonna get to 180-185 hopefully by feb then lean down a lot for summer and maintain till the end of summer of 09. I highly recomend Wes to anyone looking to make big changes in the body and strength. my bench was stuck at 275 for 3 years before working with Wes! and that doesnt count when it actually started going down because i was clueless. i will update again in another year and hopefully i will still be working with Wes.

"A human being is a part of a whole, called by us, universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
