CLA Study
A year-long Norwegian study on 157 healthy overweight adults (read that as it wasn't on diabetics, rats, insulin resistant, sick or obese!) giving 4.5g olive oil vs 3.5g CLA saw the body fat drop ONLY in the CLA group by 9% which is 7 to 8 lbs.

This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
