Half day TCD timing question
So I know for a half day TCD there is a time cut off for having carbs, such as at 12pm. Would it matter if instead I had a reverse cutoff, ie instead of eating carbs only at breakfast and lunch (9am - 12pm) to instead eat carbs at dinner and later at night (8pm - 12pm). The main difference is that I would be sleeping sooner after eating carbs, would this hinder progress in some way? Thanks

I read the book and if I recall correctly it doesn't make a difference...
