One Year without IA

I just wanted to say it has been a year since Wes passed and I hope everybody remembers what a great guy he was and how much he helped everybody around here.
RIP Wes

Today has so many feelings for me, 9/11, I was working for NYPD, Wes Passing, I remember telling you John. The best thing we can do is continue to LIVE, remembering those who paved the way for us in many ways from freedom to the pursuit of strength. If not for this site I'd still be spinning my wheels. I've met some great friends here, I thank WES for laying the foundation and for John who continues to build a strong community and stonger members.

Very sad day for too many reasons. Spent it with my family, far away from an internet connection, missing Wes and wondering where the time goes.

A unique man, a thinker, a free spirit, a speaker of truth. I admire him for quite a few different reasons. He pointed me in the right direction training wise and I credit him for the huge positive change in my attitude and life which followed.

Thank you Wes.

I just wanna say Wes was an awesome dude, anytime I had a question, he would always have me give him a call and I wasnt a paying client. He helped with a lot of different things over the years and hes one of the only dudes I would have listened to about training besides my coach who passed away, Rick Hussey.

I can honestly say I will never forget him.
