"A human being is a part of a whole, called by us, universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."

Ever since I started a WSB routine, I have done 3x5 with RDLs. I have never seen my Deadlift jump so fast. SO happy I started throwing these in (that and Goodmornings).

Also, by the look of things, does this mean that Goodmornings are not as good as hip thrusts, glute bridges, and even back extensions?

Just saved the entire series of articles. Great to use as a reference when choosing exercises.

No, definitely not. Good mornings rank right up there with deadlifts and squats in my experience. Westside does them A LOT and for good reason.

Superjarvo, that's like saying elevated push-ups or light cable crossovers yield more activation than dumbbell pressing. Again, and again, and again it's been said - CONTEXT. You need to think about the progressive loading of goodmornings (hundreds of pounds) vs. some hip thrust exercise that my wife does in the aerobics room.
