Ever since I started a WSB routine, I have done 3x5 with RDLs. I have never seen my Deadlift jump so fast. SO happy I started throwing these in (that and Goodmornings).

Also, by the look of things, does this mean that Goodmornings are not as good as hip thrusts, glute bridges, and even back extensions?

Superjarvo, that's like saying elevated push-ups or light cable crossovers yield more activation than dumbbell pressing. Again, and again, and again it's been said - CONTEXT. You need to think about the progressive loading of goodmornings (hundreds of pounds) vs. some hip thrust exercise that my wife does in the aerobics room.
