Atlas training log

Hi everyone, I am a new trainee of Wesley and decided to keep a log about my progress(of course I will only log progress / milestones along with some pictures every now and then, not the routine / diet).
My stats on January 2010-01-01:
Age: 30
Height: 6'1''
Weight: 198
Bench: 6x200
Squat: 6x230
Deadlift: 3x335

I hope to change this soon.

Started to log my food intake on www.fitday.com and am surprised at how much I actually eat. 3500 cals today without being hungry due to not training for a week.

Finishing the questionaire took me five days.
Upon filling it out and giving each question *a lot* of thought I realized that I didn't know what my priorities are.
Yes, better of course - but in what exactly? Size? Strength? Conditioning?
No wonder I got nowhere.

I had always thought that I ate the same things each day. Now, with the help of fitday I realized that my daily caloric intake differs by more than 800 cals. And this without training and constant hunger levels.
Makes me wonder what my diet will be like.

Thanks, a lot of money went into this. Hopefully it will pay off some day.
BTW it's a Powertec Powerrack System - Lot's of bang for the buck.
