Appetite

If your volume and frequency is correct you should be a HUNGRY MO FO most of the time. Overtraining tends to kill the appetite and under training or not training should leave your appetite at normal levels that you should be accustomed to.

While this rule of thumb does not apply to all, it sure does work for most people out there. It should be blatantly obvious after leg day especially that you have imposed some huge demands on your system that need to be met with lots of nutrition. If you’re not hungry something is wrong!

Some do, while others will make you all that much more hungry. Orals TEND to be harder on appetite than injectables, but not always as d-ball is good to increase appetite in most users. Like anything else it varies a lot from individual to individual. Test is always a good bet to make you hungry, and of course d-balls cousin EQ is peerless in its ability to make one run for the fridge. The newer PH's all seem pretty good for either being neutral or increasing appetite except for M1-T which is an appetite wreaker for some people. Nontheless it still works damn good in my opinion.
