07-13-2011 03:02 PMescaperealitysorry if I step on you toes.. but..
if I may give you a tip or two : keep it simple - heavy deficit deads for reps and sets, whole food, naps and sleep.
do not read magazines or supplement advertising - spend your time sled pulling or hiking.
good luck -
03-23-2011 02:31 PMHighJoyHey JWY,
I was wondering how the progress was for you? Regarding this thread,
http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=29163
Let me know! Im trying to structure my diet right now and am experiencing almost the same thing you did in this thread. -
12-07-2010 07:52 PMseiner1This is the cheapest protein in 5 lbs:
Twinlab, 100% Whey Protein Fuel, Lean Muscle, Vanilla Slam, 5 lbs (2268 g)
http://www.iherb.com/Twinlab-100-Whe...68-g/7196?at=0
During the checkout you will see the coupon code field there. Type KUS442 and you will get $5 discount off your first order.
As the shipping is $4 only, it means you'll get free shipping on your first order.
I hope it helps!
Eugene K.
PS: I don't think it's fair not to let people know where to buy supplements cheaper. If a web site is a sponsor of this forum, it does not mean that people should be forced to buy from it at expensive prices through the lack of information about cheaper alternatives! -

12-07-2010 07:52 PMseiner13.1 lbs does not seem to be a lot, but you will be surprised at how many supplements you can buy within this weight limit (protein in 2 lbs bags, NO-Xplode, etc.). Plus, you can always choose other shipping options for heavier orders.
Currently (until the New Year) they give 10% discounts on major brands.
In my opinion, they offer very good prices. Check these out (the prices below are shown before discounts, all these orders are under 3.1 lbs and can be shipped internationally with $4 flat rate):
Now Foods, Creatine Monohydrate, 1 kg, 2.2 lbs - $21.03

BSN, NO-Xplode, 2.25 lbs (1025 g) - $39.62

12-07-2010 07:50 PMseiner1Hi
You asked recently where to buy cheap supplements. I recommend www.iHerb.com. I tried to publish this message on the forum, but it was deleted (and I was banned) because this web site is not on the list of sponsors.
May be you saw this site before, but dismissed it as another beauty shop for women. However, this shop recently started selling bodybuilding brands and such supplements as creatine, whey protein, glutamine, vitamins, fish oils, etc.
They have brands like BSN, AST, TwinLab, MuscleTech etc. Other brands (less known to bodybuilders), such as Now Foods or Jarrow's Formula, also produce excellent supplements which weight lifters should have a look at. Soon they will add brands SciFit, Optimum, Universal, etc.
This web site ships internationally, they have many shipping options. But I like this one best of all: $4 flat rate for orders under $80 and under 3.1 lbs (1400 grams) ! -
